When did it become ok for politicians to be elitists?

Isn't it time that attitude got an adjustment?

The founding fathers didn't think they were better than anyone. They were regular, working people who served a term or two and went back to their regular, working lives.

Now we have politicians who have made it a career from start to finish to make money and have power in Washington.

Enough with the galas and parties. Enough with the prolonged recesses and vacations. Enough with the perks that are out of reach for the average constituent.

Americans need to wake up and realize that these people, who think they are above the law and better than the voters, are looking down their noses as us and we need to VOTE THEM OUT.

2010 is the first stop.
